Stark’s Pub offers an unparalleled family dining atmosphere you can’t find anywhere else in the Mad River Valley. The Pub is open during the summer months from Memorial Day through Indigenous Peoples’ Day. Dinner is served on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 4:30 to 8:30 PM with brunch offered on Sundays from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
