Jack Garvin is hosting the next Wine 101 class at The Local in Middlesex. He’ll be guiding everyone through six wines, but everyone will be tasting them blind. Garvin will teach guests what characteristics and qualities to look for in each glass of wine, but there is no pressure here–no wrong answers!

Tasting blind is a great way to explore new wines. There is no price tag or pre-existing judgements attachment to what’s in the glass. It’s a pure experience, and oftentimes, people end up really enjoying bottles they may have otherwise overlooked.
