Calling all backcountry touring enthusiasts, outdoor recreationists, and those concerned about our changing climate!

The Climb It for Climate series is returning, brought to you by Mad River Valley Backcountry Coalition and Friends of the Mad River in collaboration with Protect Our Winters and Sugarbush Resort. This unique event series is focused on bringing together the recreation community to discuss our role in addressing climate change. Our evening will begin with a group tour up Sugarbush’s Lincoln Peak, allowing us to share some final turns of the season. The tour will be followed by an informal après discussion with world record holder and POW athlete Noah Dines, Protect Our Winters’ representatives, and other special guests. Come to skin or just to chat – either way expect to walk away with new insights about how the outdoor community can advocate to protect the places we love.
