Marsh House Apartments, a three-story building offering 26 energy-efficient, permanently affordable homes, is currently under construction and Ideally located in the heart of downtown Waterbury, VT. Among these, three apartments are designated for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and five will be reserved for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This new housing community is within walking distance of key services, amenities, and public transportation. The project also targets the Efficiency Vermont High-Performance energy standard, and the building will include a rooftop solar array.
