(Mad River Mentoring is a community-based mentoring program for young people, 8-18, in the Harwood Union School District. We carefully match adult volunteers with youth based on interests and hobbies. Mentoring pairs spend a few hours a month together hiking, walking, crafting, playing games, eating a creemee, or other activities they’re interested in, while also cultivating supportive relationships.
