Beginner Rug Hooking Workshop
June 6 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
In this free workshop hosted by the Warren Public Library, Sandra Grant will teach you the basics of pulling a loop of wool or yarn up through rug warp backing. We provide all the materials including a hook, cut wool, and a geometric design. This will be a simple starter design to get you familiar with the process. Suitable for ages 16-adult.
Sandra is a board member of the Green Mountain Rug Hooking Guild. She designs and creates hooked birds from hand-dyed wools and yarns.
