Please join Tara on Friday, June 9th from 5 – 6pm at Mountain Rose Yoga for a fun yoga class!
Buti Yoga: A high-intensity, all levels primal flow, with bass-pumping music. This class incorporates grounding movements, plyometrics, cardio dance, deep core engagement, intentional shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level, and a connective closing circle to open your wild heart and free your mind.
