Conscious Parenting Circles with Suzy Blais

Join Suzy from Green Mountain Conscious Parenting for two sessions focused on navigating anxiety… in our home, in our children’s lives and in our own. By becoming authentically curious and truly present is what your teen might need right now. How to do this?
We will discuss what anxiety looks like and the most important ways we can empower our children around growing up in this anxious world.
Through conscious parenting we can become more attuned and connected to our children.
