On Thursday, October 23rd, we’re reuniting one of my personal favorite pairings from last year — It’s Ryan Connelly from Rosenthal Wine Merchants & Josh Turka from 5th Quarter!

Ryan is just back from his buying trip in Piedmont, Italy, so we’re taking his new favorite Piedmont wines & pairing them with some Piedmont dishes that Josh will whip up. It’s five courses, five wines, five stars (from me to you).
