Based in Hatha Yoga traditions, this class supports flexibility, stability, balance, and strength. Asanas (poses) in seated, lying, and standing positions are included. Meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama) are part of this practice. This class is suitable for any adult who wants a gentle meditative practice and may be especially helpful for those new to yoga. Class is 1 hour long, Advance registration is required for classes at Valley Soul Yoga.
