Holiday Cheese + Wine Pairing Class
December 10 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us at the von Trapp farm for a special Cheese + Wine Pairing class on Wednesday Dec 10th, 6:00-8pm. Tickets are $65 (21+ only).
You will be tasting with our in-house affineur (someone who ages cheese), Olivia Haver. She is one of only 97 people in the world who is an ACS Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator and brings a depth of beverage pairing knowledge as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server.
You will learn about how the farm uses organic, regenerative farming practices to make the best cheese in the world. In addition you will learn about sensory evaluation and what makes our cheese so delicious.
***Stick around to shop the entire store stocked with our farmstead cheeses, pasture raised meats, and curated selection of pairings with a 10% discount.***
This is an in-person event, held in our Farm Store.
