Jest Fest 2026
An All-Ages Comedy Festival!

Laughter brings us joy. It heals – laughter is the best medicine – and it builds community – and it’s the only thing people are not afraid to catch! We need all of things more than ever now. In response, Vermont’s Camp Meade is working in association with local comics and the non-profit Vermont Comedy All Stars to create a family friendly comedy festival, Jest Fest 2026.

Camp Meade has served for over a decade as a community and educational center in Central Vermont dedicated to music, arts, education and cultural programming. Vermont Comedy All Stars is a nonprofit, founded in 2020, dedicated to the promotion of the comic arts in Vermont. VCAS has produced over 120 stand up comedy shows around the state, including multi-year runs at Next Stage Arts in Putney, Bent Nails Roadhouse in Middlesex (formerly Bent Nails Bistro in Montpelier) and up until its closure in 2025, the iconic Nectar’s in Burlington. Jest Fest 2026 will be broken up into different sections, each suitable for a different age of participant.
