We’re excited to host winemaker Riccardo Baldi of La Staffa winery in The Tasting Room. He’ll be visiting us all the way from the rolling hills of Staffolo (Ancona) in Italy’s Marche region. At a young age, Baldi devoted himself to his family’s old vineyards and introduced to La Staffa biodynamic methods, working with indigenous yeast and aging in concrete tanks. Over the course of this wine tasting event, Baldi will share with guests his beautiful wines, and it is sure to be a special evening for those with a passion for wine and winemaking.
