A two day workshop for adults with Granville based muralist and textile artist Meg Reinhold.
Meg draws inspiration from herbalism, folklore and traditional textile practices. Her workshop combines insight into the design process, the history of Vermont barn quilts, and looking at plants through the eyes of a botanist-artist.
Guided by Meg, each participant paints a 2 foot x 2 foot mini-mural inspired by quilts and local flora. Everyone leaves with a decoratively painted plywood panel of their own design to install outdoors or inside their homes.
