The Montpelier Chamber Orchestra is back, and like Montpelier and other Vermont post-flood towns, is becoming vibrant again. We will be holding our first full concert in almost four years. Locally well-known music director Daniel Bruce will be conducting Beethoven’s 7th Symphony, Mozart’s Overture to the Marriage of Figaro, Ravel’s Pavane for a Dead Princess, and Florence Price’s uplifting Andante Moderato from her String Quartet in G Major. The concert will be free, with a suggested donation of $20 for adults, $10 for students and seniors, and no charge for children.
