Experience the Magic & Power of Four Gongs during a free gong bath on Friday afternoon, September 20 — with me, Gong Master Bridget Stone!
This is a free event that I call “OPEN GONG.” The gong is for everyone, and it doesn’t always have to be experienced in the formal setting of a sound healing event!
Time: I start playing at 5pm and will stop at 6:30pm. You may arrive and depart freely and at any time!
Location: The Lareau Park/Swimming Hole on Route 100 in Waitsfield
Suggestions: Wear comfortable and warm clothing, bring a yoga mat, eye covering, blanket or chair to sit/lay on
Donations are accepted if the exchange of fiat money for time and expertise resonates with you.
The gong is the guardian of the seed sound of the Universe — OM. One of the oldest instruments on the planet, a masterfully played gong will lower brain wave activity and launch you into deep relaxation, subconscious realms, and sublime dreamstates. The benefits of a sound bath include: healing the physical and emotional bodies, resetting the body’s electromagnetic field, a decrease in stress and anxiety, relief of physical ailments, increased clarity and vision, and more.
