Presented by Scrag Mountain Music and hosted by the Unitarian Church of Montpelier, this interspiritual event features Scrag co-Artistic Director Evan Premo’s improvised loop-based, ambient style, long form music for meditation, prayer, or deep listening. Evan’s music facilitates a deep meditative experience which connects listeners to one another and all consciousness. The theme for this spiritual sounding is Divine Love: that Love, the essence of the Universe, that holds us always through life’s peaks and valleys. As source material, Evan will include Hildegard Von Bingen’s medieval chant, Karitas habundat: “Love abounds in all, from the deepest depths and excelling over every star…”
