Stuffed turkey – slow roasted turkey, classic stuffing
Pumpkin butternut ravioli (veg) – sherry cream sauce, pecans, sage, parmesan
Atlantic salmon – carved whole side, maple mustard glaze
Vegan (available by request) – marinated & grilled portabella mushroom, roasted garlic hummus, roasted red pepper, charred onion, balsamic reduction
