The Art & History of Tea // Tasting & Meditative Practice

Join Vanessa Santos Eugenio for a gentle afternoon, learning a history of tea and creation of various teas, intuitive gongfu style brewing, and meditative practice.
We will explore two types of high mountain oolongs and one hong cha (red tea).
While learning about how the teas are harvested and created, we will share about the taste, aroma, and feel of each tea.
She will provide all of the necessary tea and teaware, so all you need to bring is yourself! No prior experience or materials necessary.
About Vanessa:
An Asian American yoga + meditation teacher, and guiding presence in the world of tea… With over a decade of experience, Vanessa blends her background in Education and Counseling to curate enriching tea workshops. Through these immersive sessions, she creates a space where tea becomes a pathway to mindfulness, self-discovery, and connection. Join Vanessa on a journey of flavors and inner exploration, as she invites you to sip, savor, and steep in the art of tea and its rich history.
