The Local: Jasper Hill Farm cheese tasting & wine pairing

Back by popular demand, Jasper Hill Farm is returning to The Tasting Room at The Local! Zoe Brickley, American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional & Sensory Evaluator and member of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, will be presenting five of Jasper Hill Farm’s award winning cheeses. The Local’s own Sarah Nagle will be pairing a wine with each cheese. This is sure to be a fun and engaging tasting event, and guests will learn about the cheese making process and what makes for a perfect wine pairing.
