Time Stands Still at Waterbury Grange Hall

Green Room Productions is bringing “Time Stands Still” to Waterbury Center and Burlington two weekends in September. This gripping drama from Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies follows photojournalist Sarah and journalist James, who have been together for eight years and share a passion for documenting the realities of war. But when a roadside bomb forces Sarah to return home to Brooklyn, the adventurous couple confronts their most daunting situation yet – the prospect of leading a more conventional life among their settled friends. “Time Stands Still” is a love story that also poses tough questions about responsibility – to our partners, our friends, our work, other humans, and ourselves. Directed by Joanne Greenberg, the cast includes Maren Langdon Spillane, Eric Reid-St.John, Chris Hennessey, and Maya Redington. The four talented actors sparkle and sizzle their way through this fast-paced, thought-provoking script.
