WORLD WINE DINNER – ARGENTINA/CHILE
August 10, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Our World Wine Dinner series continues this month with a “tour” of Chile and Argentina on Thursday, July 20, led by our culinary and viticultural talents Chef Jacob Ennis and Sommelier Tunney King. Enjoy Corvina Ceviche, Tomatoes Rellenos, Tamales Salteños, Carne Asada with Chimichurri, Cordero al Palo (lamb), and Alfajores Milhojas (the best dulce de leche you’ve ever tasted). The wines will include a Pipeno, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Carignan, and Torrontes.
We’ll be serving in the Brook Room, so we encourage fans to make their reservations early. May’s Italian wine dinner sold out. Call 802.496.6350 or email info@pitcherinn.com for reservations.
And if you would rather spend the night at the inn than drive home, we will discount your room rate 25%.
