There will be an artist talk on August 3rd at 5:30pm. \nMRVArts has invited over a dozen creators of varying ages to share this hybrid art form of pictorial narrative from their own point of view and visual language. Feelings\, ideas and personal myth unfold in dramatic sequencing or single captions of imagery with text. Each of their pictorial approaches of character\, action\, symbol and commentary create story for the purposes of human connection\, reflection and social understanding. Come join us and see how this powerful medium of communication draws upon contemporary life today. \nThe gallery is free to all and open Tuesday- Saturday from 1-5 pm.

Unlike wheel thrown pottery\, slab building is easy to get the hang of. With no experience anyone can make a beautiful\, functional piece of pottery\, which can be personalized with texture and pattern. We will fire and glaze your pieces\, having them ready for pick up in approximately 3 weeks. Shipping is available.
