SUMMARY:Green Mountain Photo Show
DESCRIPTION:Mad River Valley Arts and the Valley Artist Guild have teamed up to produce the 34th annual Green Mountain Photo Show at the Red Barn Galleries at Lareau Farm and Forest\, 48 Lareau Road in Waitsfield. Think Outside the Frame is the thematic focus this year\, encouraging photographers to employ experimental photo practices and presentations. \nThe exhibit shows September 8 to October 13\, Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 to 9:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 9:00. Entry is free to all. The public can meet the photographers at the Opening Reception on September 8th from 5:00-7:00 pm. \nPast years have included works on paper\, metal and glass\, framed and unframed\, using film and digital formats and a wide variety of manipulation in printing. Each exhibitor may display up to three pieces plus a small works piece. More information regarding participating is available at madrivervalleyarts.org under Exhibitions. \nVolunteers and exhibiting photographers are needed to chaperone the show. Photographers may bring and display additional work while chaperoning\, a great opportunity to talk with visitors and promote your work. \nThe exhibition is being sponsored by Creative Microsystems Corporation in Waitsfield and Art Works Frame Shop & Gallery in South Burlington.

DESCRIPTION:Yinz can come dahn and wutch the stillers on the tv. We are just north of tahn on hundrid. Translation: Come out and watch the Steelers play the Atlanta Falcons on the 65″ TV in our Barn. Our food menu includes Pierogies\, our “Burgh” sandwich with fries and slaw on it\, a Pittsburgh Salad with fries and chicken tenders and more…. Doors open 15 minutes before kickoff. Renegade will be played in 4th quarter! It’s a burgh thing!
