DESCRIPTION:Ensemble storytelling and physical theater campers create an original play – inspired by African Folk Tales – brought to you by our youth ensemble ages 9 & up. This fun show is the culminating project of their one-week intensive\, led by professional directors & designers including director Alexa Kartschoke! Run time is approximately 30 minutes. It’s fun for Everyone (all ages). \nOur Great Thanks to Jordan Mensah & Samuel Maama Marquaye of Shidaa Projects Inc for being our cultural/educational consultants AND for creating the West African Drum Music & Dancing that is Part of Our Production!\nCovid Safety Protocols: Masks are strongly encouraged. (LNT’s State of the Art Bio-Defense Air Purification “Synexis” System is also in service 24/7 keeping everyone as safe as possible.) \nCOST: $5- $10. Center reserved guarantee seats available for additional fee. \nThe Flood made LNT/City Hall’s elevator inoperable\, requiring climbing stairs to attend in person. SUMMARY:Bread and Puppet presents: Our Domestic Resurrection Revolution in Progress Circus
DESCRIPTION:Sundays\, July 13-August 31 at 3pm \nThe company presents Our Domestic Revolution in Progress\, a brand new show in the tradition of the iconic Bread & Puppet Circuses that began at Goddard College in Plainfield\, Vermont in 1970.  As usual\, the show will draw on traditional circus tropes and familiar Bread and Puppet iconography to draw attention to the urgent issues of the day. Stilt dancers\, paper maché beasts of all sizes and a riotous brass band make a raucous\, colorful spectacle of protest and celebration. \nAfter the show Bread & Puppet will serve its famous sourdough rye bread with aioli\, and Bread & Puppet’s “Cheap Art” – books\, posters\, postcards\, pamphlets and banners from the Bread & Puppet Press – will be for sale prior and after the show. \nTickets: $15\, no one turned away for lack of funds.\nhttps://breadandpuppet.org/on-the-farm \nDogs are discouraged\, though well behaved dogs on leash are allowed. If you bring your dog\, PLEASE SIT IN THE BACK of the audience\, at the top of the amphitheater\, as far away as possible from the brass band and bring plenty of water (there is none onsite). Dogs are not able to attend our indoor performances.

Stilt dancers\, paper maché beasts of all sizes and a riotous brass band make a raucous\, colorful spectacle of protest and celebration. \nAfter the show Bread & Puppet will serve its famous sourdough rye bread with aioli\, and Bread & Puppet’s “Cheap Art” – books\, posters\, postcards\, pamphlets and banners from the Bread & Puppet Press – will be for sale prior and after the show. \nTickets: $15\, no one turned away for lack of funds.\nhttps://breadandpuppet.org/on-the-farm \nDogs are discouraged\, though well behaved dogs on leash are allowed. DESCRIPTION:The Mad Collective is proud to share ‘Stardust’\, an exhibition about The Quantum World. \nThe Quantum World is one of uncertainty. One can’t really talk about where a quantum object is\, we can only talk about where we might find it. Yet\, our seemingly solid reality is built upon this tiny world of possibilities\, stuff has form\, the universe has form and we are solid. \nThis show looks at the behavior of photons\, particles and mysterious patterns of quantum phenomena. It inspires us to think about the magic of the quantum fundamental basis to reality and asks us to be curious about where the human species is going. Artists open up to their interpretation of the immaterial while engaging with the scales of the unimaginable tiny to the infinitely large.
