Enjoy a thoughtfully curated yoga flow and end with a blissful guided relaxation. We will gently release the energy of summer and welcome the gifts and gold of fall. Rather than fearing the colder\, darker months\, we might recognize that they hold a potent opportunity to slow down\, listen and do less\, not more. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle\, as well as any props you like to have with you.\nThis is a community class geared for all levels. Donations of $5-$15 are greatly appreciated but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Translation: Come out and watch the Steelers play the Indianapolis Colts on the 65″ TV in our Barn. Our food menu includes Pierogies\, our “Burgh” sandwich with fries and slaw on it\, a Pittsburgh Salad with fries and chicken tenders and more…. Doors open 15 minutes before kickoff. Renegade will be played in 4th quarter! It’s a burgh thing!
