DESCRIPTION:Join the MRV Libraries\, Friends of the Mad River\, and psychotherapist Maia Kiley for a conversation around eco-anxiety and resilience. \nWe will unpack the common experience of climate distress\, which people experience as a range of emotions in response to news about climate change. Through information\, discussion\, and group exercises we will increase our understanding of climate distress and how we might begin to move from distress towards resilience.
