We are an experimental testing ground for new construction technologies\, material assemblies\, and creative solutions to our clients’ challenges. Join CO Adaptive’s co-founder and principal Ruth Mandl\, to discuss some of their recent small-scale\, multifamily renovation and retrofit projects in New York City. \nThis talk is presented as part of our Fall 2025 Speaker Series. All talks are free and open to the public\, and take place Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8 pm. No registration required\, just drop by. \nTwice a year\, we curate a series of lectures on a design/build theme. This Fall we are tackling part two of our “Innovative Homes” series\, this time focusing in on multi-family homes. We’ll discuss different ways cities and towns are approaching sustainable housing development and affordability through case studies of unique living spaces.
