Each library will host a different event that day. \nInspired by the book “Freedom Dreams\, The Black Radical Imagination” by Robin D.G. Kelley\, the Freedom Dreaming Creation workshop provides space to explore our relationships to the idea of freedom. Through conversation\, activity\, and artistic creation\, we imagine environments that can exist beyond our current realities. For freedom dreaming\, all you need is love and your imagination. The workshop is led by Interdisciplinary Artivist\, Educator\, and Warren resident janet e. dandridge. \nThe workshop is best suited for ages 14-adult; however\, families with children as young as 8 may participate together. Pre- registration is required as spaces may be limited. Weather permitting\, the workshop will be held outdoors.

DESCRIPTION:The 12th annual Green Mountain Watercolor Exhibition has works from 85 artists from all over the country including paintings from the Whiskey Painters of America. The exhibition has received past recognition in the international magazine The Art of Watercolour and has developed the reputation of presenting the most contemporary styles of watercolor. Richard Russell Sneary AWS\, NWS\, nationally recognized watercolor artist\, returns to serve as judge of awards. \nThe show is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 4-9pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-9 pm through July 20th.
