Tickets are $65. \nYou will be tasting with our in house affineur (someone who ages cheese)\, Olivia Haver. She is one of only 97 people in the world who is an ACS Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator and brings a depth of beer knowledge as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server. \nYou will learn about how the farm uses organic\, regenerative farming practices to make the best cheese in the world. In addition you will learn about sensory evaluation and what makes cheese so delicious. \n***You will also leave with a FREE piece of one of our delicious cheeses!*** \nThis is an in-person event\, held in our Farm Store. Buying direct from the producer is always the best way to support small businesses.
