David was one of the original forum participants 10 years ago when the idea of backcountry chapters was born\, and he’s been engaged ever since. He will be sharing some words about the last decade if you’re a Vermont BC enthusiast you’ll want to be there. \nWe will also be officially launching the Vermont Backcountry Skiing Handbook. This is a brand new resource that provides detailed guidance for public and private land managers seeking to develop sustainable backcountry zones. It’s s direct result of that first forum 10 years ago\, and we will have printed copies for everyone to check out.
