Join Karen of Salt & Sand Studios and Karen & Mick of the Featherbed Inn for this unique\, al fresco\, weekly seasonal event in a gorgeous landscape. \nFor locals\, visitors\, 16 YO and up who’d like to start winding down their day with gentle mindful yoga-based movement followed by refreshments and connection with like-minded people. \nBring a swimsuit or swim in your yoga clothes for extra refreshment. Bring a mat or towel on which to practice.\nSunscreen and bug spray is recommended. \nPlease Register (minimum of 2 hours in advance).
