Umiak Outdoor Outfitters is providing this tour as an option in place of our usual tours\, which are presently recuperating from the recent floods in Vermont. Each day from Thursday through Monday we run three tours at 10 am\, 12 pm\, and 2 pm. Based on water levels and the time of the season we average this tour taking between 2-3 hours. Guests will meet us at our takeout in Waitsfield. From there we will shuttle you upriver and drop you off at our put-in. Your shuttle driver will go over some river safety and explain the takeout point in detail. From there the rest is up to you! Enjoy the scenic float on the Mad River! Float duration is dependent on water levels. \nReservations are Required
