Older children are welcome too! \nPoses like butterfly\, downward dog\, tree\, forest\, bug\, cat\, cow and lion will bring smiles and creativity. \nPromoting balance\, coordination\, motor skills and mindfulness\, we will introduce and/or reinforce mechanisms for movement\, independence and stress relief. And of course … some giggles too. \nInvestment: $20/2 ppl (one adult\, one child)\nPlease register ahead as space is limited to 8 groups of 2\nBy registering\, you agree to attend only if you and your child are symptom free from cold\, flue\, COVID or other contagious illnesses. \nYour instructor\, Karen McPhillips is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and continuing education instructor (Yoga Alliance) with >20 years of yoga practice and 15 years’ experience sharing her passion for yoga\, mindfulness\, meditation and yoga teachings with little ones\, students and adults alike. DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for the 36th Annual Chez Henri Cup Race & Raffle! \nHappening on Saturday\, March 16\, at Sugarbush Resort\, the Chez Henri Cup & Raffle benefits Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice. This timed race is for all ages and levels. We hope you can join us on the mountain! \nNot a skier? Not a problem. Purchase a raffle ticket (or three or five!) online for a chance to win over 30 raffle items from local businesses\, including skis\, custom footbeds\, and massages. You do not need to be present at the event to win. Your support through raffle ticket purchases directly benefits Central Vermonters needing home health and hospice services. \nEvent Information: \nRace Day is March 16 from 10 am to Noon at Lincoln Peak\, Sugarbush Resort. \nThe $40 registration fee includes two timed runs\, an entry gift\, and a raffle ticket. Ski passes are not included. \nJoin us for a post-race gathering at 1 pm at Chez Henri Bistro to hear the race results and raffle winners! \nRaffle Tickets: One raffle ticket is included with the registration fee. Additional raffle tickets are available online for a chance to win over 30 raffle items from local businesses\, including skis\, custom footbeds\, and massages.
