Concertmaster Joanna Alpizar will sing Sabor a Mi\, and principal clarinetist Margaret Barsumian will perform the rousing Clarinet Polka. The program also features a work by a young Vermont composer\, Alexander Maroney\, along with audience favorites “Washington Post March”\, “Ashokan Farewell”\, “Bohemian Rhapsody”\, and “Take Me Out to the Ballgame”. The program concludes\, of course\, with “The Stars and Stripes Forever”. \nMoose Meadow Lodge is located at 607 Crossett Hill Road in Duxbury. The grounds will be open for picnicking at 3:00 PM. Tickets are $25 adults\, $20 seniors\, $5 students\, $55 family of 4 – available online or at the venue (cash or check). \nIn case of rain\, the concert will be held at Harwood Union High School\, 458 Rte 100\, Moretown. \nCelebrating its 66th Season\, the Vermont Philharmonic is composed of professional and talented amateur musicians from throughout Vermont.
