SUMMARY:Build-a-Cheeseboard and Beer Pairing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Come join us at Lawson’s Finest Liquids taproom for a von Trapp Farmstead Build-a-Cheeseboard and Beer Pairing Workshop.  \nGuests will be provided with three cheeses from von Trapp Farmstead: Mt. Alice\, Mad River Blue\, and Savage\, as the focal point of their cheeseboard. Guests will have access to a litany of other locally produced and homemade items to fill out their cheeseboard including but not limited to charcuterie from Babette’s Table and 5th Quarter Butchery\, honeycomb from Ariel’s Honey\, and pickled and marinated veggies and goodies from our kitchen.  \nOur Kitchen Lead and Education Lead will work with you to build your board and pair it with our award-winning beers based on your palate. Show up any time between 2:00 and 3:30 to build your board\, and then enjoy it in our beer garden.  \n$75. Each ticket includes the cost of the cheeseboard and two drink tickets. 10% of ticket sales will be donated to the Vermont Cheese Council. \nBuy tickets online here.
