SUMMARY:Chakra Yoga Series
DESCRIPTION:Based in the Hatha tradition\, each class in this 8-class series focuses on one or more of the body’s 7 chakras\, or energy centers. Classes include a variaty of yoga asanas\, meditations\, pranayama as well as a brief discussion of an element of the chakra system. These classes are suitable for every student\, including beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners\, and for every body. Come experience a personal opening as you watch the meadow behind the studio enjoy a warm spring awakening. Preregistration is required.
