SUMMARY:Clowning Around – Structured Silliness for 3.5-4 Year olds
DESCRIPTION:Structured silliness! Led by Kolleen & Bobby Kintz\, this class  for kids ages 3.5-4 years old will explore creative movement\, comedic expression and ensemble creation. Campers will play games\, move their bodies\, make music and find their funny. Students will share some of what they’ve learned at a showing for parents during the final class. This class will be a drop-off class; however\, there is a shared room in our space where parents can be close by and in sight\, if that is more comfortable for your child.\n\nPlease complete one form for each child who will be attending class.  We will send additional information about class procedures as we get closer to June 19th. Don’t hesitate to call Kolleen at 802-377-1742 or email kolleenkintz@gmail.com with any questions.\n\n\nKolleen Kintz attended Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre in 2010. Starting in 2011\, she and Bobby began training with Dody Disanto at The Center for Movement Theatre in Washington DC. They have performed with the DC Fringe Festival\, Zip Zap Circus and regularly at Clown Cabaret. In 2014\, the duo traveled to Haiti to volunteer with Clowns Without Borders and performed for over 5000 children. Kolleen later became a hospital clown for Healthy Humor and made rounds as Dr. Pickle at Johns Hopkins for 6 years.\n\nKolleen & Bobby Kintz have been teaching artists since 2013. Beginning their journey with the instruction of 3 & 4 year olds\, in Del Ray\, VA. Later developing their own circus camp for ages 5-13\, which ran in Baltimore at Morgan State University for 5 years. More recently\, the journey has been parenthood! It is very exciting to be offering this class to the community\, in our new hometown of Waitsfield.

SUMMARY:MRV Women in Business Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The next meeting of the MRV Women in Business group will meet on Tuesday July 18th at the 1824 House Inn & Barn. \nThe Mad River Valley Women in Business group is a network of women business leaders in our community who have come together to unite\, support\, connect and grow. The group began in 2021 as we were in the midst of big changes within our local economy. There was a surge of new  businesses starting\, an influx of people moving into the community exacerbating an already difficult housing market\, existing establishments  were turning over and chamber membership  was growing.  Much of this change is being driven by women in our community.  There is a strong desire  within the MRV Chamber ‘s leadership to develop and support a vehicle for women to work together to support one another\, access information and resources\, achieve business goals and promote the greater good in the MRV. \n
