he Warren Public Library serves greater Warren as a community center and as the focal point for lifelong learning and self-enrichment by making library materials available in print and electronic forms. It is an access point for the intellectual resources and energy of the community, offers young children a positive introduction to the world of learning and reading for pleasure, and offers library patrons access to computer services and online resources.
