Pop Art Collage Making Workshop with Artist Michael Albert

American Pop Artist and Author, Michael Albert will conduct a Hands-On pop art collage workshop where all participants will be able to create their own collage using the same materials he uses to create his serious artworks. The Granville Daze duo,Victoria and John Crowne, will perform many of their compositions of soft instrumental melodies, entrancing vocal harmonies and messages of peace, hope and love. They write their own music, reportedly drawing inspiration from classic rock and folk musicians from the 60’s and 70’s.

Madigan Linnane is an emerging singer/ songwriter attending Berklee College of Music. When she’s not at school, you can find her in The Mad River Valley in Vermont. Her thoughtful lyrics, drawn from emotional life experiences, combine with a modern folk/pop/indie musical style producing songs that appeal to broad audiences.

An Evening with Author Erika Nichols-Frazer

Local author, Erika Nichols-Fraser, will share poems from her new poetry collection, Staring Too Closely. Her poems in this collection examine the self and the world, taking a closer look at trauma and the ongoing healing process.

Playwriting workshop

Playwright, Jeanne Beckwith will share her expertise on what it takes to write a play, whether it’s 10 minutes or 60 minutes in length. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in character development and write short plays during the four week session. No previous experience required.

Releasing Your Inner Poet
