She has expertise in leadership and fundraising and has worked with many nonprofit organizations including The Clinton Foundation\, Girls Who Code\, AI4All and Moms First. Emily resides in Manchester\, VT with her husband and four young boys. \n  \nPanel Facilitator – Adeline Druart \nCEO\, Lawson’s Finest Liquids \nAdeline Druart is the CEO of Lawson’s Finest Liquids\, a B Corp certified leading craft brewery. Previously\, Druart worked at Vermont Creamery for nearly 20 years\, starting as a cheesemaker intern before progressing through the company to President and the Vice-President at Land O’ Lakes post-acquisition. Druart is passionate about business ecosystems\, inclusive team culture\, and creating lasting social and environmental impacts. Libby holds a BS in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and an MA in Global Marketing from Emerson College.  \n  \nPanelist – Sascha Mayer \nCofounder and Chief Experience Offer\, Mamava \nSascha Mayer is the cofounder and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of Mamava\, the creator of freestanding lactation spaces for breastfeeding on the go. Sascha is a recognized expert on lactation space design\, family-friendly workplace policies\, and social entrepreneurial leadership.  Her career in design started at JDK (now Solidarity of Unbridled Labour) where Mamava was incubated. As Strategy Director\, Sascha designed and facilitated multidisciplinary creative-collaborative sessions with brands including HP\, Levi’s\, Lululemon\, Nike Women\, and Seventh Generation. Prior to joining Solidarity\, Sascha served as assistant press secretary for former Congressman (now Senator) Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.). Sascha is also the host of The Bodacious Optimist\, a podcast focused on design\, brand\, advocacy\, and the people who have inspired her entrepreneurial journey. \n  \nPanelist – Karen Colberg \nCEO\, King Arthur Baking \nKaren Colberg is CEO of King Arthur Baking\, America’s oldest flour company\, based in Norwich\, Vermont. King Arthur is in the business of inspiring baking by providing knowledge\, education and the highest quality ingredients and tools for the baker. As a Benefit Corporation and 100% employee-owned company\, King Arthur believes in the power of baking to make a difference for their employee-owners\, the larger baking community\, and the planet. Prior to King Arthur\, Karen built her merchandising and financial acumen at The Gap and GE\, respectively. Karen joined the company in 2005 as Director of Merchandising. DESCRIPTION:5:00pm to 8:00pm come to the taproom for the vinyl release of Chicky Stoltz’s Polecat. Featuring a live show from Chicky Stoltz and the Charlie Nobles from 5:00 to 7:00 and then a start to end listen of the full-length album starting at 7:00. \nChicky Stoltz is a reflective mountain man. High in the Green Mountains of Vermont\, he would prefer to think of himself now as more storyteller than a musician. He holds the music in the highest regard. \nTo be fair\, he has spent nearly four decades out there as a musician. Singer\, drummer\, guitarist\, one-man band. Bars and halls\, good and bad. Shared the stage with and opened for many of the best (Patti Smith\, Paw\, Duke Robillard\, etc.) but now prefers the company of himself to make music happen. \nSome have mentioned Tom Waits\, Bruce Springsteen\, and Jonathan Richman when listening to his music. Chicky was most honored when someone referenced filmmaker David Lynch when referring to his music. Thrilling for sure. \nThe music explores many fictional stories of fraud\, land development/environmentalism\, technology\, and death. Somehow done with tongue squarely in cheek. \nChicky’s fifth album\, Polecat\, is a full length studio retrospective covering material from his first four home studio albums. Made with great friends from 2022 to 2024; it is a lifetime goal achieved and available in all the places.

WATA is the Taproom’s Sunshine Fund recipient from January 16th through 31st. \nThis Guided Snowshoe/Nordic Ski will give participants the opportunity to see this property\, its incredible views and learn more about the proposed recreation resources that the Sunshine Fund is helping to create.\n\n\nRSVP With This Form \nWhere: Meet at 420 Stevens Brook Road\, Moretown \n\nWhen: Noon on Sunday\, January 26\nWhat: 3-Mile Round Trip Snowshoe Tour up to the 14 acre meadow. If time allows we will continue up to the gazebo with Camel’s Hump and Mount Mansfield views.\nRecommended Equipment: Snowshoes or Nordic Skis. We will be on an unplowed and ungroomed access road. If the conditions change\, micro spikes maybe recommend instead.\nApres Plan: We will head back to the Lawson’s Finest Taproom for beverages and a map presentation of the planned trail network and recreation resources from 4:00-5:30.\n
