SUMMARY:3×3 Basketball Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Bring your teammates to compete in the 3×3 basketball tournament! \nThere will be 3 brackets in our FIBA style\, 3×3 basketball tournament based on age (this will potentially be combined into 2 brackets depending on registrations).\nU15 years old\n15-17 years old\n18+ \nAll team members should be within the age range of the bracket that you choose. \nREGISTRATIONS ARE ORGANIZED BY TEAM – ONLY 1 TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO REGISTER. During registration\, you will be asked for a Team Name (you get to make it up!) and the names of your 2 or 3 additional teammates. All players will be required to sign a liability waiver\, provided at the event. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If you do not have enough team members\, feel free to reach out to Waterbury Rec for other contacts (kmandych@waterburyvt.com). \nCOST: $30 per team of 3 or 4 \nLOCATION: Brookside Primary School Gym \nTIME: 10am-3pm (Specific game times TBD) \nTOURNAMENT DETAILS: This will be a double elimination tournament – each team is guaranteed at least 2 games. Brackets including game times will be posted a week before the tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams in each bracket! \nRegistration Minimum: 4 teams/bracket\, Maximum: 8 teams/bracket. If we do not meet minimum registration\, event could not take place. Waterbury Recreation will let registrants know if event is changed\, it will not be subject to the Cancellation Policy.
