DESCRIPTION:Central Vermont Martial Arts\, a Karate school offering classes on Wednesdays in Moretown\, is having an Open House on Sunday\, January 21\, 2024. \nThe event is  free\, and includes five free classes that anyone in the community is welcome to attend – even if you’ll never become a regular student. \n1045 – 1115: Young warriors aged 6-11 can experience martial arts in our specially tailored Trial Class for Kids. It’s a  blend of fun and discipline. \n1130 – 1230: Adults (12+)\, it’s your turn to step onto the mat. Our Adult Trial Class offers a way to dive into the art and discover your potential. \n1230 – 115: Join us for a Potluck Lunch. Meet current students\, ask questions\, and enjoy a variety of dishes brought by fellow attendees. \n115 – 145: Another chance for kids to shine in our Trial Class for Kids.  Kids are free to attend one or both. \n200 – 300: We’re back with a second Trial Class for Adults. Whether you’re here for round two or just joining\, all are welcome. \n315 – 445: Cap off the day with our Self-Defense Class for Adults (recommended for 16+). Learn practical skills to empower and protect yourself. \nArrive at least 5 minutes early for any classes you wish to join.
