Adventure Dinner luau in the heart of the Mad River Valley!

Join us for a night of luau adventure, including behind-the-scenes access to the brewery, specialty sips, and a live-fire-cooked meal inspired by the islands.

You’ll be greeted with a lei and a heartfelt welcome before adventuring to the private brewery for your first tropical bite. Sip a special cask-aged beer made just for Adventure Dinner—even try it side by side with its uncasked counterpoint and let us know your fave!

Once we’ve whet our whistle we’ll make the trek to our long tables set among towers of bright beer cans. A luau feast of surf and turf (and many, many other secret goodies) will be waiting for you with course-upon course of finger-licking goodness and perfectly paired suds.

After our feast, we’ll journey to the taproom (after hours!) to relax with a fireside dessert and special nitro beer poured right off the tap.

Tickets are $149 (plus tax) per person and include:

• Private brewery exploration + welcome hour

• 4 courses of a luau feasting

• 5+ pours of deluxe Lawson’s beers including our special Adventure Dinner x Lawson’s Finest cask beer
